The Mobility & AI Conference 2026 brought together a highly focused group of experts from across the mobility, AI and regulatory ecosystem in Munich. Over two days, the event created an intensive environment for exchange, where OEMs, technology companies, public authorities, research institutions and mobility innovators engaged in open and solution-driven discussions.

What defined this year’s conference was a clear shift in perspective. The conversation is no longer about whether AI will transform mobility, but how this transformation can be implemented at scale.

Across sessions on autonomous systems, regulation, safety, validation and infrastructure, a consistent theme emerged: real progress depends on the ability to connect technological innovation with regulatory clarity and viable business models.
